The group arrived in fine spirits after the long flight, minus Carol's suitcase, but that arrived the next morning as well. (Good reason to stay 2 nights at the first place). Moira and Lawrence at Sleep Eezy Cottages gave us a warm welcome and after a good dinner everyone was off to bed.

The forecast was for rain all day, but we had great weather and it held off until evening. Then it just poured all night long! We were grateful for the delay.

Cafe Riche in Pretoria. When Nelson Mandela was released from prison, he invited the judge who sentenced him to prison, to coffee at Cafe Riche. This was the beginning of reconciliation in South Africa!
